1.2 Before travel, spending, booking tickets, hotels, rentals, or attending events, confirm details with official sources or merchants.
2. User content
2.1 Posts, reviews, photos, videos, itineraries, and price tips reflect users or sources—not our endorsement.
2.2 We may remove content based on reports or policies but do not pre-screen everything.
3. AI and automation
3.1 Outputs from the trip AI assistant or similar tools are for reference only and may be incomplete or inconsistent with laws, road conditions, or carrier rules. You are responsible for verifying decisions.

4.2 Web ads are served by advertisers or networks; we do not warrant ad truthfulness, legality, or availability.
5. Ride-sharing and transport
5.1 Carpool/ride-share listings are user-to-user matching; we are not a carrier. Verify driver, vehicle, insurance, and your own safety. We are not liable for accidents, disputes, or illegal acts—seek remedies against the responsible parties under applicable law.
6. Payments, wallet, and creator payouts
6.1 Payments, subscriptions, tips, and withdrawals depend on banks and payment processors and may fail or delay due to systems, holidays, verification, or legal holds.
6.2 We are not responsible for Stripe or other processors’ service levels or fund freezes; follow their rules for disputes.
7. Interruptions and data loss
7.1 The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, networks, disasters, third-party outages, or force majeure. Data may be delayed, lost, or inaccessible; we will try reasonable recovery but do not guarantee perfect backups.
